Happy Holidays!!!

I know it's been awhile... a month today, actually!
But, of course, my poor blog has been a casualty of the holidays it seems.
I'm taking time now, though, to write from (not-so-sunny-and-just-plain-COLD) Florida!

And I've been busy! I'll attempt to post what I've been up to in the next posts I do. It doesn't stop just because I'm on vaca, either!

So I'll just jump right into it.

It's kind of fitting, actually, that Greta was the last post I put up- I've shot with her twice since I last posted, and I foresee many more awesome shoots in the future! When I get a few more of those edited, I'll just put up a slideshow. She's an AWESOME model, and we have some really awesome work!

Another shoot that I've really enjoyed that I have a few to post for you is with Jacqueline. Jax brought her fairy wings out in the freeeezing weather and we shot an ethereal-themed shoot. What fun! I'm not done editing these yet (yes, I'm somewhat behind... blame it on the holidays and you would be right!) but there are some I just love!

And then my next shoot was Laura. We did a studio shoot with some fun makeup, and I had a blast with that! You're going to love the results!

There will be more coming up. Off to edit!!! :)

Dude, where's my Muse?

Just a quick sneak peak from my shoot yesterday.
Now, I adore every shoot I do. But O.M.G. I loved my shoot yesterday!
Greta is a superstar, and she might just be my new Philly muse!

I keep slipping when I type her name and typing 'Greata'... Freudian? I think so ;)

Meet Kat and Daiya!

I've definitely gotten a bit behind... especially in updating my myspace and facebook! Think I could just get them to forward those accounts on over here? Cause I'm actually better at keeping up with my blog than anything else.

It turns out I'm cool, but I'm just not Myspace cool.

Oh, well. At some point I hit my mid-twenties so I guess it's all down-hill on the coolness scale from here ;)

But anyhow, the point of my rambling this evening (morning, actually) is to introduce you to two new models!

Last Saturday I had a headshot shoot with Kat. Kat is from St Petersburg, Russia, and she is now living over here and pursuing her modeling career. What a sweet girl! I had a great time shooting her!

And then this evening (err... yesterday evening now, I suppose) Daiya came over for a studio shoot... yet another model who actually says "Do whatever you want!"
You KNOW I think that means stick stuff all over your face and put you in strange positions! ;)
But we had a great time shooting, and I couldn't be happier with the shots!

I'd Rather Shoot a Woman Than a Man... Oh, Dana, Come on!

Know where that title comes from? You got this one?
Not a Big Star fan, huh?
Well, I'm just going to go ahead and admit that I've been waiting to shoot my friend Dana again JUST SO I COULD TITLE HER BLOG THAT! Cause it's frankly only too perfect.

I do like shooting men, too, though ;)

Anyhow, my own personal brand of Crazy aside, I did shoot Dana the other day, and we had SUCH a blast! Danabelle is an NYC financial superstar and before accepting a new position at a new company (Go, Dana, Go!) she decided to take off a couple weeks to be a 'Lady of Leisure' (her adorable wording, not mine). The sweetheart dedicated two of her evenings to yours truly. First last Friday she kidnapped me and transported me across town to Fork where we had yummy food and drinks and even better company. Then she was back on Monday evening to be shot followed by a super cheesy pizza... you can't beat that!

Is she not just the hottest ever?
You know she is!

*kisses*, D! Let's do it again sometime!

Happy Holidays!!!

Christmas music is already playing non-stop on one of my favorite radio stations, there are Christmas trees lighting up the back of the Target, there's a nice nip in the air, and I'm ready to celebrate an early start to the holiday season!!

The Many Adventures of Post-Halloween KatieO

Did you guys have an awesome Halloween?
Well, now that we're all settled back into the real life chill of November, I've got fun stuff!

First of all, I realized I hadn't posted any more of Eva's pictures... and since she's such a super hero, they definitely need to be posted! So here's a slideshow of EVA!

And in other news, my Halloween started off fabulously with a shoot with the awesome Sharon :) I'm still editing these, but I just had to share a few. I don't do a lot of studio work as you guys are aware... but when I realized that with the Phillies parade going on, there was no way to accomplish an on-location shoot anywhere in the city, I really, really wanted to shoot anyway. Sharon has such a great face! So I set up my studio and Sharon brought her awesome energy and we had a great shoot!

Then Saturday I was lucky enough to catch senior Julia before her world travels. What a awesome chica! We went down into South Philly and headed back up towards Independence Hall where the fall foliage is GOOOORGEOUS. Fun!

And following my 10 day leave... I give you KELLY UNBRIDALED!

Okay, I know I'm bad... it's been awhile. And I could, at the very least, drop something off once a week, right? Right.
Consider this my apology. ;)

And you'll forgive me, I know, because I'm bringing you the gorgeous Kelly!

Kelly is a friend of mine, and I've shot with her before. Many times, actually, going all the way back to when I first started. So of course there was no question when she got home from her destination wedding in Florida that we absolutely HAD to do a shoot in her gorgeous gown! (Even if it was pretty darned chilly outside!)

And here she is!

And just for fun, one of my favorites of Kelly from her boudoir session last Spring. Yep, I have more you would loooooove to see. ;) I'll refrain from posting those, however.

Rocking Maureen

On Sunday I met Maureen in the Chinatown region of Philly for an awesome unbridaled shoot. Maureen is a local model, so she obviously likes having her picture taken ;) And what do you know? I love shooting her!
So she donned her gorgeous wedding gown and we had a blast!
I'll be back at some later date with her slideshow, but for now, a few of my favorites.

In our walk down 10th Street, we happened to run into the LT of the firehouse there. And how AWESOME are those guys?!?! They were sweet enough to let us pose with their engines, borrow their hats, and they even blocked off a section of the road for us to shoot in the middle.

A quick pic with our new friends:

And on with the shoot:

We had an absolutely awesome time!

Sneak Peaks!

In Katieland it looks like this:
- My in-laws went home after a great visit together and left behind the most gorgeous entertainment center that my father-in-law, Raymond, made from scratch. He's such an amazingly talented carpenter- it's just beautiful! I'll have to get some pics later... just keep in mind that I am SO not an architectural photographer.
- High Def has entered the Osborne household. We got a new television! Yay! No more tinsy old-fashioned screen!
- My sister-in-law Jennifer (and favorite model) is in for a few days. It's wonderful to see her!
- Since I have a few hours to sit down (for the first time in a week!) while she is out taking a test I have two sneak peaks for you!

First off, I had the immense pleasure of shooting Chris & Christine's wedding on the Moshulu here in Philly last Saturday. It was so much fun, and they were just the most wonderful bride and groom! I'm so excited to show you their sneak peak! Their pics will be up sometime in the next few weeks.

And then on Sunday, I met with Eva who, after her wedding on the Jersey Shore, was eager to wear her gorgeous Priscilla of Boston again for some fun shots around the city. I know I say this about just about everything... but honestly, I think unbridaled sessions are my absolute favorite!

Keyona: A Sneak Peak

I got to shoot with a new model, Keyona.
OMGOMGOMGOMG!
I don't have time to write a whole blog post right now, but I am biting at the bits to share these photos!

I do believe I have found my Philly muse!

And that's all you get for now... but I'll have her slide show up as soon as I can. My in-laws are coming in tonight, so I might not be blogging for the rest of the week... so I couldn't stand to leave without posting some of Keyona!
